 with 20,000MT per month.

4. Specifications:

  a. FFA(As of Palmatic)       : 5.0% max

  b. Moisture & Impurities      : 0.5% max

  c. Iodine Value              : 51% min

  d. MPA Degree(Need Point)    : 45^oC – 50^oC max

  e. Color Indication(Cloud)     : 3.5R – 3.5Y max

5. Quantity : 20,000MT +/- 5% by monthly

6. Price : The unit price per Metric ton base on Rotterdam CIF pricing minus USD$60.00 per Metric Ton

 for the 1^st Spot Shipment of 20,000MT and Rotterdam CIF pricing minus $45.00 for the subsequent

 11 shipment.

7. Payment : 100 % Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit through Bank HSBC or

 International Prime banks.

8. Procedure

  a.   Buyer shall issue his official LOI with BANK details.

  b.   Seller provide FCO to buyer.

  c.   Buyer shell issue Acceptance Letter and BCL after receive FCO.

  d.   Seller shall send the draft contract to Buyer for cross check.

  e.   After cross check of draft contract Seller and buyer will sign the contract.

  f.   After signing contract within 5 banking days buyer shall issue LC.
